摘要
随着超高清时代的到来,图像传感器的分辨率不断提高,其数据传输速率也不断提升,图像传感器的DVP接口由传输速率更高的LVDS接口替代。文中基于ZYNQ UltraScale+的高速图像数据采集系统为高分辨率的图像传感器提供了100路LVDS信号线,每路信号线的数据传输速率可达1.6 Gb/s,总的数据传输速率可达160 Gb/s,满足超高清数据传输速率的要求。该系统使用国产的图像传感器LN130A进行测试,提出了配套的软件设计,解决了LVDS信号线的接收数据对齐问题,可正确地接收和显示图像数据,为高分辨率图像传感器的数据采集提供了完整的解决方案。
With the development of the ultra-high-definitio,the resolution of image sensors continues to increase,making its data transmission rate increase.The DVP interface of the image sensor is replaced by a higher transmission rate LVDS interface.In this paper,the ZYNQ UltraScale+-based high-speed image data acquisition system provides 100 LVDS signal lines for high-resolution image sensors.The data transmission rate of each signal line can reach 1.6 Gb/s,and the total data transmission rate can reach 160 Gb/s.It meets the requirements of ultra-high-definition data transmission rate.This system uses the domestic image sensor LN130A for testing,and proposes a supporting software design,which solves the LVDS signal alignment problem,and correctly receives and displays image data.It provides a complete solution for data acquisition of high-resolution image sensors.
