摘要
文中设计了一种基于嵌入式微控制器S3C2440和线阵CCD芯片TCD1200D的条形码图像采集系统。系统集图像信号的驱动、图像的采集、存储与显示为一体,通过S3C2440的GPIO来模拟TCD1200D的驱动时序,并通过软件编程方式实现其驱动时序,利用S3C2440的片内AD实时采集CCD信号,同时将采集到的CCD信号通过USB端口传输到PC机。在PC端用VC6.0编写了CCD信号显示软件界面,用于信号数据处理后的图像显示。试验结果表明,所设计的系统能够正确显示条形码图像,且该系统具有实时性高、检测准确、可扩张性强等优点,实际使用效果良好。
Abstract:A bar code image acquisition system based on embedded micro-controller S3C2440 and liner CCD chip TCD 1200D is introduced.The system sets the signal drive,acquisition,storage and display as a whole,it uses S3C2440 GPIO to simulate TCD1200D driving time and achieves the driving time through software programming.Using on-chip AD of S3C2440 to collect CCD signal real-time and transmitting the signal to the PC through the USB port simultaneously.The CCD signal display software interface is prepared on PC side through VC6.0 for the processed signal data displaying.The test results show that the designed system is able to display the bar code image correctly,and has the advantage of high real-time,accurate detection,expansionary,the actual use is effective.
