摘要
                
                    目的主要探讨大学生焦虑情绪与人格特质以及拖延行为之间的关系。方法以584名在校大学生为研究对象,采用状态—特质焦虑问卷、一般拖延量表和艾森克人格问卷成人版(内外向维度量表和神经质维度量表)进行测量。结果大学生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑水平与拖延行为呈显著正相关;状态焦虑和特质焦虑水平与大学生人格特质中的内外向特质呈显著负相关,但与人格特质中的神经质呈显著正相关;大学生的拖延行为和人格特质的内外向特质呈显著负相关,与人格特质中的神经质呈显著正相关;内外向人格特质在状态焦虑与拖延行为之间具有部分中介效应;神经质在状态焦虑和拖延行为之间以及特质焦虑与拖延行为之间都起部分中介作用。结论人格特质在大学生不同类型的焦虑情绪与拖延行为之间都起中介作用,并且不同的人格特质所起的作用不同。
                
                Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety and personality traits and procrastination behavior among college students. Methods A total of 584 undergraduates were participated. The status-trait anxiety questionnaire,the general delay scale and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Adult Edition(internal and external dimension scale and neurotic dimension scale)were used. Results The results showed that college students’trait anxiety and state anxiety were positively correlated with procrastination behavior. There was a significant negative correlation between state anxiety and trait anxiety and college students’personality traits,but there was a positively correlated with the personality traits. There was a significant negative correlation between the procrastination behavior and the personality traits of the college students,and there was a significant positive correlation with the neuroticism in the personality traits. The internal and external personality traits had part of mediator effect between the state anxiety and procrastination;The neuroticism had part of mediator effect between the state anxiety and procrastination behavior;The neuroticism had part of mediator effect between trait anxiety and procrastination behavior. Conclusion Personality traits played a mediating role between college students’anxiety(state anxiety,trait anxiety)and procrastination,and different personality traits(internal and external,neuroticism)played different roles.
