摘要
多糖为沙棘叶中生物活性成分之一,在食品、医药和卫生等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文梳理概述我国沙棘叶多糖提取方法及生物活性研究现状,指出了以后研究的方向,为沙棘叶多糖的开发应用和深入研究提供参考。
Polysaccharide is one of the main functional components in Hioppophae rhamnoides L.Leaves,which has broad application prospects in food,medicine,health and other fields.In this paper,the research progress on the extraction and biological activity of polysaccharide from Hioppophae rhamnoides L.leaves were reviewed,and its research directions were prospected,which provide references for the development,utilization and further research of polysaccharides in Hioppophae rhamnoides L.leaves.
