摘要
天然活性多糖是自然界重要的生物大分子之一,因其具有广泛的生物活性而备受关注。由于多糖的生物活性与其纯度及化学结构有着重要的关系,因此多糖的提取和分离纯化是多糖研究的基础。就近年来天然活性多糖的提取方法、分离纯化技术的最新研究进展进行了综述,并比较了各种方法的优缺点,旨在为天然活性多糖的开发应用提供参考。
Natural active polysaccharides are one kind of the most important biological macromolecules abundant in nature. They are high-profile because of its widely biological activity. Due to the importance of the function and chemical structure, the extraction and purification of polysaccharides is the foundation. The methods of extracting, separating and purifying polysaccharides were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods were discussed. It will provide some references for the further development and application of natural biological active polysaccharides.
