摘要
为了探讨生命态度、情绪智力和自我效能感的关系及自我效能感在生命态度影响情绪智力关系中的作用,运用生命态度剖面图、情绪智力量表和一般自我效能感量表对7 5 9名大学生进行测评。使用相关分析、回归分析和结构方程模型等方法进行分析,结果发现除了"死亡接纳"因子与"情绪运用"因子外,生命态度各因子、情绪智力各因子与自我效能感两两之间都具有显著的正相关。生命态度能显著预测一般自我效能感和情绪智力,中介效应分析显示自我效能感在生命态度和情绪智力关系之间起部分中介作用。
The research concerns the relationship between life attitude,emotional intelligence and self efficacy,and the role of self-efficacy in relationship between life-attitude on emotional intelligence;759 college students were assessed by the life-attitude profile,the emotional-intelligence scale and the general self-efficacy scale.Correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the results;The results allowing:except the"death acceptance"and the"emotional use"factor,there was significant positive correlation between life-attitude,emotional-intelligence and self-efficacy;life-attitude can significantly predict the general self-efficacy and the emotional-intelligence;mediating effect analysis shows that self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between emotional-intelligence and life-attitude.
