摘要
为考察高职生回避性拖延、情绪智力与职业决策效能感的整体现状及两两相关,对提高高职生职业决策自我效能感提出对策,采用回避性拖延量表、情绪智力量表和职业决策自我能感量表对天津、北京、云南等地高职生进行自填式问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果显示:各人口学变量在回避性拖延上不存在显著差异;性别在情绪智力得分上具有差异性,男生在总情绪智力、他人情绪管理和自我情绪管理上显著低于女生;工科生的情绪智力低于文科生和理科生;不同年级在情绪智力上存在显著差异;对职业决策自我效能感有显著的正向预测作用;回避性拖延对职业决策自我效能感呈显著的负向预测;情绪智力与回避性拖延呈显著负相关。
The paper makes a survey of how higher vocational students' avoidant procrastination, emotional intelligence and career decision-making self-efficacy are related and how to improve their career decision making self efficacy. With the method of cross-sectional study, a self-administer questionnaire survey was conducted among higher vocational students in Tianjin, Beijing and Yunnan. They completed self-report measures of avoidant procrastination scale, emotional intelligence scale and career decision-making self-efficacy scale. We will make a statistical analysis based on the data. The results show that demographic variables are no significant difference in avoidant procrastination; gender has the difference in emotional intelligence score; male students are significantly lower than female students in total emotional intelligence, other people's emotional management and self emotional management; the emotional intelligence of engineering students is lower than that of liberal arts students and science students; there are significant differences in emotional intelligence between different grades; there is a significant positive predictive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy; avoidance delay has a significant negative predictive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy; emotional intelligence is negatively correlated with avoidance delay.
