摘要
目的:研究紫地榆不同提取物体内防龋效果。方法:通过对大鼠喂养致龋饲料形成龋齿模型,分别对紫地榆乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物、NaF溶液、蒸馏水用棉签蘸取涂在大鼠口腔各个部位,连续5周后,在体视显微镜下Keyes记分,用扫描电镜观察龋齿表面。结果:紫地榆不同提取物组Keyes记分比蒸馏水组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比NaF组高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扫描电镜发现紫地榆不同提取物组比蒸馏水组、NaF组表面更致密。结论:紫地榆乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物在体内有防龋作用。
Objective: To study the anti-caries effects of different extracts of Geranium strictipes R. Kunth in vivo. Methods: Models of dental caries was induced by feeding cariogenic fodders to rats, and then ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts from Geranium strictipes, NaF solution, and distilled water were applied to different parts of oral cavities of the rats with a cotton swab for 5 weeks.Finally Keyes scores were noted with a stereomicroscope, and carious surfaces were observed with a scanning electron microscope.Results: The Keyes scores of different extracts of Geranium strictipes were lower than the distilled water group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the Keyes scores of different extracts of Geranium Strictipes were higher than that of NaF group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of Geranium strictipes had anti-caries effects in vivo.
