摘要
罗辑思维、得到等自媒体的迅速走红,产生了社群学习这种新兴的模式。如何采取有效措施吸引并促进用户的持续参与,从而实现用户保持,是企业获取竞争优势的关键。基于社会资本理论,研究了社群学习用户持续参与行为机理。对收集的402份有效问卷采用结构方程模型进行分析,研究结果发现,社会交互连接、共同语言和共同愿景显著影响虚拟社区感,进而影响用户持续参与行为。因此,社群需要采取措施促进用户的交互,提高内容的专业性,从而增强用户的社区感,促进社群的持续发展。
With the popularity of self-media such as Logic Show and Dedao,social learning as a new model is emerging.How to attract and facilitate users continuous participation and their retention is critical for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage.Based on the social capital theory,this paper examined the determinants of social learning users continuous participation behavior.Structural equation model was used to analyze 402 valid questionnaires.The results showed that social interaction ties,shared language and shared vision significantly influence sense of virtual community,which in turn affected continuous participation behavior.Therefore,communities needed to promote users social interaction and improve the professionalism of content in order to enhance the sense of community and promote the sustainable development of the community.
