摘要
【目的/意义】有效测度相关知识交流效率将有助于改进和完善现有学术虚拟社区的内容管理和用户管理。【方法/过程】本文利用关键词在学术虚拟社区的发生情况,提出了以协同去噪自动编码器为基础的有效关键词扩展策略,并从博文和作者两个角度,提出了关键词量化特征的投入指标体系,以浏览量、回帖数、推荐数作为产出指标,分析了相关投入指标的有效性和不同学术虚拟社区版块知识交流效率的特征分析和对比研究。【结果/结论】学术文献的关键词量化特征能够较好的体现出学术虚拟社区博文的知识交流效果和效率,这些结果可以为知识交流效率提升、版块优化和用户留存等学术虚拟社区发展和改进措施提出策略支持。【创新/局限】采取基于学术虚拟社区博文关键词的相关量化特征作为知识交流效率投入特征,并对表征有效性和相关效率计算结果做出了较为完整的分析。有效关键词的选择和专指性仍可以进一步加强。
【Purpose/significance】Effectively measuring the efficiency of knowledge exchange will help to improve the content management and user management of the existing academic virtual community.【Method/process】This paper puts forward an effective keyword expansion strategy based on Cooperative Denoising Automatic Encoder,and proposes the input metrics of quantitative characteristics of keywords from the perspectives of blogs and authors.Based on the output metrics such as the number of views,replies and recommendations,this paper describes the characteristic analysis and comparative study of relevant metrics effectiveness and the knowledge exchange efficiency of different academic virtual community sections.【Result/conclusion】The keyword quantitative metrics of academic literature can better reflect the knowledge exchange effect and efficiency of blog in academic virtual community.These results can provide strategic support for the development and improvement of academic virtual community,such as the improvement of knowledge exchange efficiency,forum optimization and management of user retention.【Innovation/limitation】This paper takes the relevant quantitative characteristics based on the blog keywords of academic virtual community as input metrics of knowledge exchange efficiency,and makes a relatively complete analysis of the representation effectiveness and the calculation results of efficiency.The selection and specificity of effective keywords can still be further strengthened.
