摘要
基于环境友好的煤矸石资源化利用,采用绿色化工工艺对煤矸石进行酸浸,并以浸出的铁盐溶液为母液制备氧化铁红产品。通过单因素条件实验,探究了沉淀剂碳酸钠质量浓度、反应温度、反应时间以及二价铁离子质量浓度等对氧化铁红品质的影响,并利用正交实验对工艺条件进行了优化。优化工艺条件:碳酸钠质量浓度为70 g/L、反应温度为45℃、二价铁离子质量浓度为18.06 g/L、反应时间为2.0 h。在优化工艺条件下制得的氧化铁红产品纯度可达97%,其纯度指标满足GB/T 1863—2008《氧化铁颜料》中A级氧化铁红产品的要求。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等表征手段对氧化铁红产品进行了分析,表明产品的物相是α-氧化铁,微观形貌为球形。
Based on environmentally friendly resource utilization of coal gangue,the coal gangue was leached by acid with green chemical process and the iron red oxide was prepared from leached iron salt solution.The effects of precipitant Na2CO3mass concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and Fe^2+mass concentration on product quality was explored by sin gle factor experiments.The preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were Na2CO3mass concentration of70g/L,reaction temperature of45℃,Fe^2+mass concentra tion of18.06g/L and reaction time of2.0h.Under the optimum conditions,the purity of iron oxide red was up to97%,which met the requirement of A-class red iron oxide in Iron Oxide Pigment,GB/T1863-2008.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the phase of the product wasα-Fe2O3and the microstructure was spherical.
