摘要
党的政治领导是指中国共产党从全局高度把握政治方向、防范政治风险,运用政治权威或政治权力,吸引、动员和带领广大人民群众为实现政治纲领、路线、方针、政策共同努力奋斗的动态过程。党的政治领导不同于党的政治管理,方向把控与风险防范是党的政治领导的关键要素,群众倾心追随是党的政治领导的根本目的。党的政治领导的能力提升需持之以恒,久久为功,不断提高党的政治建设能力、科学决策能力与协同合作能力。
The Party’s political leadership refers to the dynamic process by the Communist Party of China to grasp the political direction and guard against political risks,exercise political authority or political power,attract,mobilize and lead the people to strive together to implement the political program,lines,principles,and policies.The Party’s political leadership differs from the Party’s political management.Direction grasp and risk prevention are key factors for the Party’s political leadership.Sincere following of the people is the fundamental goal for the Party’s political leadership.The Party’s ability to lead politically needs to be uplifted in a persistent way.The abilities of the Party in political building,scientific decision-making,and coordination and cooperation should be improved continuously.
