摘要
2020年是中国现代发展史上一个重要节点,中国如期实现全面建成小康社会的目标并提出"十四五"时期国民经济和社会发展规划及2035年远景目标,开启了全面建设中国特色社会主义现代化新征程。本文从社会学视角出发,以四个维度阐释"现代化新征程"的含义和意义,即长远发展战略构想的新征程、发展理念变革跃升的新征程、应对新阶段新挑战的新征程和走出现代化诸多陷阱的新征程。本文还分析了西方现代化理论的演进所折射的各国现代化的经验与教训,以期为中国未来发展提供镜鉴。
The year of 2020 marks an important episode in the history of China’s modernization.China has achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way as scheduled,and put forward the national economic and social development plan for 2021-2025 and the long-term goal for 2030,starting a new stage of Chinese socialist modernization.From the sociological perspective,this paper explains the meaning and significance of the"new stage of China’s modernization"from four dimensions,namely,the new stage of long-term development strategy,the new stage of development concept transformation,the new stage of coping with new challenges in the new period,and the new stage of stepping out of development traps.The paper also analyzes the experiences and lessons of modernization reflected by the evolution of western modernization theory,to serve as a mirror for China’s future development.
