摘要
针对孔系类零件被加工孔规格较多的情况,为了提高劳动生产率,保证加工质量,降低劳动强度,设计了一种数控车床加工孔系类零件的专用夹具。分析了零件的工艺,阐述了工件的加紧方案,并计算了车削力及钻削力,分析了夹具的承载力等。证明:该夹具结构简单,操作方便,加工过程中实现了对工件的快速加工,进一步完善了零件加工工艺,提高了工作效率。
Bore for system parts are processed and specifications,in order to improve the labor productivity,ensure the quality of processing,reduce the labor intensity,design a kind of numerical control lathe machining hole is a special fixture parts.Part of the process are analyzed,this paper expounds the artifacts to plan,and calculate the cutting force and cutting force,analyzes the bearing capacity of the jig,etc.Proved:the fixture structure is simple,easy to operate,implements in the manufacturing process of rapid tooling for parts,to further improve the parts processing process,improve the working efficiency.
