摘要
针对转向节在专用机床上精铣内开档的工艺要求,依据工件的结构特点,设计制造一种能够适应多品种、安装方便的夹具,解决了一台专用机床通过更换定位销、定位V型块等零件,快速切换多种型号转向节,实现了专机单品种向多品种柔性加工的转变,并保持了专机高效、高精度加工的优点。在夹具设计上充分考虑定位的可靠性、安装工件的方便性和夹紧的安全性,采用一销固定一销伸缩浮动的结构及V型结构定位,液压压板式夹紧,在工件下方设液压辅助支承。经机床调试和用户使用反馈,该夹具结构简单,切换工件快捷,工件安装方便,提高了生产效率,实现专机加工柔性化,保证了加工精度。
According to the technological requirements of steering knuckle’s fine milling on the special machine tool and the structural characteristics of the workpiece,a kind of fixture which can adapt to multiple varieties and be installed conveniently is designed and manufactured.It solves the problem that a special machine tool can quickly switch multiple types of steering knuckle by replacing the locating pin,locating the V-shaped block and other parts,realizes the transformation from single type of special machine to multiple types of flexible machining,and the advantages of high efficiency and high precision machining of special machine.In the design of the fixture,the reliability of positioning,the convenience of installing the workpiece and the safety of clamping are fully considered.The structure of one pin fixed one pin retractable floating and V-shaped structure are adopted for positioning,and the hydraulic pressing plate type is adopted for clamping,and the hydraulic auxiliary support is set under the workpiece.After machine tool debugging and user feedback,the fixture has the advantages of simple structure,fast workpiece switching,convenient workpiece installation,improved production efficiency,realized special machining flexibility and guaranteed machining accuracy.
