摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果分析。方法 86例股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组患者的心理状态、疼痛情况、髋关节功能以及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理10 d后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评分、髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为9.30%,明显低于对照组的34.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果显著,能有效增加患者身心舒适度,降低术后疼痛感,加快髋关节功能的恢复,减少并发症发生,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing.Comparison were made on psychological status,pain,hip function and occurrence of complications in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups had lower SDS and SAS score than those before nursing,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower SDS and SAS score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 d of nursing,the observation group had obviously lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher comfort score and hip function score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 9.30%than 34.88%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing shows remarkable effect in the femoral neck fracture nursing,and it can effectively increase the physical and mental comfort of patients,reduce postoperative pain,accelerate the recovery of hip function,and reduce complications.This method contains a positive clinical significance.
