摘要
目的设计一种能够连续动态监测血压的新型腕式血压计。方法基于自主研发的脉搏波传感器和脉感TM芯片,采用脉搏波速结合脉搏波波形特征参量法提取相关特征,通过构建非线性模型来测量血压。结果本文使用403个样本进行测试,其结果显示,收缩压和舒张压误差在±10 mmHg以内的准确率均超过了90%,达到了很好的测量精度。结论该血压计和水银血压计之间的测量误差满足AAMI SP-10的美国标准,未来可以为测量者提供准确的血压信息,并辅助医生及时地发现潜在的病患。
Objective To design a new wrist-type sphygmomanometer that can continuously monitor dynamic blood pressure.Methods Based on the self-developed pulse wave sensor and the EVERSENSETM chip,our wrist-type sphygmomanometer measured blood pressure by constructing a nonlinear model,in which pulse wave velocity combined with pulse wave waveform parameter method was adopted to extract the relevant features.Results In this paper,a total of403samples were tested.The results showed that the accuracy of systolic and diastolic pressure error within±10mmHg exceeded90%,achieving excellent measurement accuracy.Conclusion The measurement error between our wrist sphygmomanometer and mercurial sphygmomanometer meets the American standard of AAMI SP-10.Our wrist sphygmomanometer can provide accurate blood pressure information for the surveyors and assist doctors to find potential patients timely in the near future.
