摘要
血压是人体健康的重要标准之一,血压的健康情况反映了人体内血管和心脏功能是否健康。由于"血压放大"效应的存在,外周动脉血压并不能完全真实体现中心动脉压水平,中心动脉压比外周动脉压具有更强的心血管病理生理联系,因此准确方便地测量人体中心动脉血压,并对其进行记录有很重要的意义。介绍一种基于STM32F407单片机的远程智能中心动脉压检测系统,该系统以STM32F407单片机为核心,由血压检测模块模块、脉搏波传感器模块、气泵控制模块、串口模块、USB模块、WiFi模块、LCD液晶显示模块等组成。压力传感器与脉搏波传感器采集到信号,将桡动脉脉搏波通过广义传递函数获取颈动脉中心动脉血流动力学指标,经过STM32F407对采集到的信号进行A/D转换,分析处理之后得到血压值,同时将数据通过蓝牙模块与WiFi模块传送至手机跟后台服务器,方便对数据进行存储记录。
Blood pressure is one of the most important criteria for human health.The health of blood pressure also reflects the health of blood vessels and heart function in the body.As a result of the existence of the blood pressure amplification effect,peripheral arterial blood pressure and arterial pressure level can not fully reflect real center,center for arterial pressure than the peripheral arterial pressure has better cardiovascular pathophysiology,contact,so accurate and convenient measure human body center of arterial blood pressure,and has very important significance on the record.This paper introduces a remote intelligent central arterial pressure detection based on STM32 F407 microcontroller system,the system STM32 F407 single-chip microcomputer as the core,the blood pressure detection module module,pulse wave sensor module,pump control module,a serial port module,USB module,the WiFi module,LCD liquid crystal display module,etc.The pressure sensor and pulse wave sensor signal collected,the radial artery pulse wave through the generalized transfer function for center of carotid artery blood flow mechanics index,after STM32 F407 the collected signal A/D conversion,get blood pressure value,after analysis and processing at the same time to transfer data via bluetooth module and WiFi module to the mobile phone with A backend server,convenient to store data records.
