摘要
根据某地区高温季节1天24 h气温变化,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立路面结构的实际温度场模型,考虑沥青属于温度敏感性材料,采用时间硬化蠕变模型模拟沥青混合料的蠕变特性,进行持续变温作用下的车辙模拟分析。变化行车速度、接地应力、标准荷载作用次数等影响因素,研究车辙在高温下的发展规律。研究表明,行车速度越慢、接地应力越大、荷载作用次数越多,车辙发展越快。限制低速超载是高温季节减少车辙破坏的重要措施。
According to one day(24 h)temperature change in the high temperature season of a given area,the actual temperature field of pavement structure model is established by ABAQUS finite element software.Considering characteristics of asphalt changed with temperature and applying time hardening creep model,simulation analysis is carried out by the continuous variable temperature rutting model.Different influence factors such as driving speed,ground stress,the number of standard loads are applied on rutting model to study the development of rut under high temperature.Studies show that the slower driving speed,ground stress,the greater the load can preduce the faster the rutting development.Limit low-speed overload is an important measure to reduce rutting damage in high temperature season.
