摘要
研究改性沥青混合料应力吸收层在"白改黑"路面结构中的受力状态,对于其材料组成设计具有指导意义。根据弹性层状理论体系,采用Abaqus工程模拟有限元软件建立基于应力吸收层的"白改黑"路面三维有限元模型,分析在车辆荷载作用下轴载大小、应力吸收层厚度及模量变化对加铺层结构荷载应力的影响。分析结果显示:重载和超载对缓解反射裂缝的发展十分不利,适当的增加应力吸收层的厚度和减小其模量对降低加铺层结构内荷载应力有较好的效果。
The study on the stress state of the modified asphalt mixture stress absorption layer in the structure of“white to black”pavement is of guiding significance to its material composition design.According to the elastic layer theory system,using Abaqus engineering simulation finite element software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of“white to black”pavement based on the stress absorption layer.Analyzing the effects of the change of axle load,thickness and modulus of stress absorbing layer on load stress of pavement structure under vehicle load.The results indicate that overloading is detrimental to ease development of reflection cracks.It is effective to increase the thickness of the stress absorbing layer and decrease its modulus to reduce the load stress in the structure.
