摘要
目的观察舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果及对心理状态及并发症的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的80例股骨颈骨折患者,按不同护理方案将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的疼痛情况、患肢功能、心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患者的VAS、SAS及SDS评分均降低,Harris髋关节功能评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理1个月后的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture and its influence on psychological status and complications. Methods Eighty patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing schemes, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comfortable nursing. The pain, limb function, psychological state before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of VAS, SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and the Harris hip function scores increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05);at 1 month after nursing, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing applied to patients with femoral neck fracture has a remarkable application effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
