摘要
吉尔吉斯斯坦亚洲之星农业合作园区饲养的几批罗斯308肉种鸡腿病持续发生,占整个饲养期总死淘数的80%以上。为查找腿病发生原因,历时400 d对肉种鸡腿病发生情况进行全程跟踪调查和分析。认为该场种鸡腿病多发主要原因是饲养管理不当和生物安全防控制度不健全引起葡萄球菌和鸡滑液囊支原体感染,并提出了一系列防控措施,在后来饲养的几批肉种鸡中应用。结果显示:肉种鸡腿病发生率由原来的8%~10%降低到了2.3%,死淘率降低了3.1%,种蛋受精率提高了2.3%,显著提高了该企业的经济效益。
Ross 308 broiler chicken leg disease continued to occur in the Asian Star Agricultural Cooperation Park in Kyrgyzstan,which accounted for more than 80%of the total deaths in the whole feeding period.In order to find out the reason of the leg disease,it took 400 d to track and analyze the occurrence of this disease.It was believed that the main reason of the chicken leg disease was the improper management of feeding and unsound biological safety control,which caused the infections of Staphylococcus aureus and Mycoplasma sinensis.A series of prevention and control measures were proposed and applied among the broiler breeders.It was shown that the incidence of broiler leg disease decreased from 8%~10%to 2.3%,the death rate decreased by 3.1%,and the egg fertilization rate increased by 2.3%,leading to significantly improved economic benefits.
