摘要
介绍了一种用于稀土熔炼、多晶硅熔炼的大型人造石墨坩埚的制备过程,包括原料的选择、配方的确定、工艺参数的确定。对研制的石墨坩埚的性能与传统的石墨坩埚进行了对比,并对影响石墨坩埚性能的主要因素进行了分析。经实践应用,石墨坩埚的耐用性能满足了用户需求,市场前景较好。
The development process of a large-size artificial graphite crucible for the smelting of rare earth and polycrystalline silicon was introduced,including the selection of raw materials,and the determination of technological formula and parameters.The performance comparisons between the newly developed graphite crucible and traditional ones were made,and the main factors in the performance of graphite crucibles were analyzed.The durability of the newly developed graphite crucible can meet customer demands in application,showing a fine market prospect.
