石墨材质结构与抗氧化剂性能间相关性研究 被引量:1

Relationship between graphite microstructure and the antioxidative impregnant properties

摘要 为了考察石墨材质结构和抗氧化剂相关性,分别采用3种不同材质的石墨材料,以磷酸锌盐、硼酸盐和锆酸复合盐为抗氧化剂,考察了3种石墨在不同类型抗氧化剂作用下的抗氧化效果。并采用SEM对石墨晶体空隙结构和热处理后石墨基体表面的保护层进行分析。研究结果发现,粗骨料结构的石墨材质表面孔径范围大,适宜采用具有一定膨胀系数的耐高温盐浸渍剂处理;而石墨晶体分布均匀的细颗粒片层结构石墨,适宜选用能在其空隙内形成网络包覆物的浸渍剂;石墨多晶的分布均匀性,影响到金属盐与碳晶体之间的结合紧密度。结论认为,针对不同材质结构的石墨制品,应据其结构特点和使用环境,有针对性地开发相对应的抗氧化剂才能达到最优的效果。 In order to investigate the relationship between graphite materials and antioxidative impregnants, three different types of graphite materials were used for antioxidant capacity test with zinc phosphate, borate, zirconium salt compound salt as antioxidants,respectively. SEM was used to analyze the antioxidant layer of graphite matrix surface after heat treatment. Based on the electron microscope analysis and antioxidant effect test of the different granularity of graphite material, the results showed that the graphite made from coarse aggregate structure with more large surface aperture range surface porosity, was suitable to use impregnation agent with a certain expansion coefficient of high temperature;the graphite with uniform structure distribution made of fine particles was suitable to use the impregnant that easily forms a network structure in the interspace of the graphite materials after heat treatment. The distribution uniformity of the graphite polycrystalline affects the bonding strength between the metal salt and the carbon crystal material.The conclusion was that developing corresponding antioxidants should accord to the characteristics of the graphite material structure and its use environment to achieve the best effect.
