摘要
在中医基础理论课程中应用PBL教学法,有利于激发学生学习中医基础理论的兴趣,帮助学生获得完整的中医理论知识,有利于学生获得临床推理和解决问题的能力,有利于启发学生创新思维,提高学生中医思维能力,有利于教学相长和师资队伍建设。然而当前中医基础理论PBL教学面临无现成教材、缺乏科学有效的评价体系等困境,需要从做好教学设计,规范实施过程,重视形成性评价,做好总结性评价等方面加以应对。
During the course of the basic theory of TCM,the application of PBL teaching method is helpful to arouse the students'interest in learning the basic theory of TCM,to help students gain a complete knowledge of Chinese medicine theory,which is also conducive to students'ability to obtain clinical reasoning and problem solving,and is helpful to inspire students'innovative thinking,improving students'thinking ability of TCM.Meanwhile,it's a bridge between teaching and learning,and it is beneficial to the construction of teachers.However,the current situation of PBL teaching is not optimistic,faced with so many diffcults,no ready-made teaching textbooks,lack of scientific and effective evaluation system,etc.It is necessary to do a good job in teaching design,standardizing the implementation process,pay attention to formative assessment,and doing a good summary evaluation.
