摘要
"培养应用型人才",已成为近年来部分地方高校转型发展的一个热点。在转型发展的背景下,本文以生物工程类专业构建"四四制"培养模式为目标,阐述了改革创新的指导思想、应用型课程建设评价标准体系的构建、高素质师资队伍建设、人才培养方案的改革创新、实践教学环节的改革创新等内容。以期能培养出高素质应用型生物工程专业技术人才,更好地为地方经济服务。
"The cultivation of applied talents"is one of educational research focus in the transitional development of local colleges in recent years.In order to establish the"four-four"training model of bioengineering,this article describes the reform and innovation of talents training,including the instruction thought of innovation practice,the establishment of evaluation standards system for applied talents cultivation,the construction of high-quality teachers,the reform of professional training program and practice exercise of transitional development under the background of transitional development.It expected that more and more applied talents were cultivated,and a better service can be made for the local economy.
