摘要
创新本科教育人才培养目标和培养模式是地方高等财经院校亟待解决的问题。本文结合地方高等财经院校的办学实际,在探讨财经院校定位问题的基础上,阐述了CPE人才培养模式提出的背景、内涵、特点以及实施策略,为地方财经类本科院校的人才培养提供了有益的借鉴。
The innovation of talent cultivation objective and mode still remains a problem to be solved by universities of finance and economics. Based on the current praetice and analysis of positioning of these universities, the paper expounds the background, connotation, features and implementing strategy of CPE talent cultivation mode which is hoped to be of referential values.
