摘要
高校肩负着创新型人才培养的使命,实验室在实验教学和创新实践中发挥着关键作用。为解决新时期复合型、创新型人才培养过程中实验室所面临的问题和挑战,信息技术实践教学中心对实验室管理运行机制进行全面改革,争取外部支持进行实验室的软、硬件提档升级,整合各专业实验室资源建设特色实验室及创新实践平台,采取多项具体措施激励并保障师生开展课外创新创业实践,最终构建起统一的、开放式的实验教学及管理机制,人才培养效果显著。
The major duty of universities and colleges is to cultivate innovative talents,and the laboratory plays a key role in experimental teaching and extracurricular practice.In order to solve the problems and challenges in the process of cultivating compound and innovative talents,Information Technology Practice Teaching Center of Chongqing Jiaotong University reforms the management and operation mechanism of the laboratory,endeavors to supervisor support for the hardware and software upgrade of the laboratory,integrates specialty laboratory resources to construct characteristic laboratory and innovative practice platform,and takes several definite measures to encourage and guarantee teachers and students’extracurricular practice and innovative undertaking.At last,a unified and open experimental teaching and management mechanism is constructed,and the effect of talent cultivation is remarkable.
