摘要
古代教师在长期教育实践中积累形成的精神品格和经验传统与工匠精神是相连相通的。充分发掘源远流长的工匠文化,嵌入工匠精神,是新时代教师教育改革的重要理念和路径。工匠精神嵌入教师教育,通过专业标准和培养目标、课程体系和教学模式、制度体系框架的重构,以实现师德养成教育和教师从教技艺和能力培养的创新。
The spiritual character and experience tradition of ancient teachers accumulated in the long-term educational practice are connected with the craftsman spirit.It is an important idea and path to deepen the reform of teacher education in the new era to fully explore the long-standing craftsman culture and embed the spirit of craftsman.Embedding the spirit of craftsman in teacher education,through the professional standards and training objectives,curriculum system and teaching mode,the reconstruction of the system framework,can achieve the innovation of the teachers’moral cultivation,teaching skills and ability training.
