基于后导叶原理的空调室外机出风格栅研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 基于轴流风机后导叶原理设计了一种空调室外机出风格栅,并通过相关试验验证了其性能与可靠性。该出风格栅利用有限数量的径向导风筋条,可消除流经叶轮后的旋转气流,把气流的旋转动能转变为压力能,可降低气流旋转动能损失,提高风机静压效率,且有效降低室外机气动噪声。将该出风格栅应用与空调室外机,在相同风量下的整机噪声较原格栅降低0.8 dB(A),该出风格栅设计方案已应用于多款TCL空调室外机,并与整机外观形成家族式风格。 Based on outlet guide vanes of axial flow fan,a grille of outdoor unit for air-conditioner was designed and its performance and reliability was verified by relevant tests.This air outlet grille can eliminate the rotating airflow through the impeller using a limited number of radial air guide ribs and can reduce the loss of rotational kinetic energy by turning the rotational kinetic energy of the airflow into pressure energy,improve the static pressure efficiency of the fan and effectively reduce the aerodynamic noise of outdoor unit of the air conditioner.For example,when this outlet grille was applied in outdoor unit of the air conditioner,the overall noise under the same air volume was reduced by 0.8 dB(A)compared with the original grille.The design scheme of this outlet grille has been extensively applied to various outdoor units of TCL air conditioner,and forms a family style with the appearance of outdoor units.
