针对FLEX-PLI腿型冲击试验的行人保护结构优化设计 被引量:7

摘要 以某SUV车型为例,根据ECE R127-01法规要求,采用Hyper-mesh软件建立了某车型行人保护柔性腿型冲击仿真模型,伤害主要集中在腿型的上部胫骨弯矩,针对前端吸能结构提出改进方案。结果表明,在行人保护碰撞中,采用优化设计方案降低了车型的腿部上部胫骨弯矩值,最终通过ECE R127-01法规认证。 A SUV model was studied and the flexible legform test FE model was established by using Hyper-mesh according to the ECE R127-01.The injury of flexible legform was mainly caused by the upper Tibia bending moment.An improvement design of the front-end energy absorbing structure was put forward.The results shows that with the optimized design structure the upper Tibia bending moment is reduced in the pedestrian impact test,and is certified according to the ECE R127-01 regulations.
