摘要
以整形机支撑辊轮为研究目标,运用SolidWorks对辊轮进行建模,再进行ANSYS Workbench有限元分析,研究支撑辊轮的静力学和振动特性,指出结构中薄弱部位,结果表明:在变形较大处选用高强度的材料,提高其稳定性;同时模态分析结果为抑制支撑辊轮振动提供了参考依据。
In this paper,the support roller of shaper is set as the research target.The SolidWorks is used to model the support roller,and then the ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation analysis is conducted so as to research the statics and vibration characteristics of support rollers,and to point out the weak parts of the structure.The results show that high strength material is selected for the large deformation section to improve its overall stability;and the results of modal analysis could provide reference for vibration suppression of the supporting roller.
