摘要
笔者以构皮滩水电站下水式升船机承船厢为工程实例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对承船厢卧倒门进行了有限元建模,对不同工况下的卧倒门进行静力学分析。得出结论:构皮滩下水式升船机卧倒门在LC1、LC3工况下达到强度刚度要求;在LC2工况下满足强度设计要求,但不能满足刚度设计要求,对此笔者提出相关建议。
The author takes the ship chamber of launching ship lift of Goupitan Hydropower Station as an engineering example; the finite element model of the tumble gate of ship chamber is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the static analysis of tumble gate is carried out under different working conditions. It is concluded that the tumble gate of Goupitan launching ship lift meets the requirements of strength and rigidity under LC1 and LC3 conditions, and meets the strength design requirements under the LC2 condition, but can not meet the stiffness design requirements. The author puts forward relevant suggestions.
