摘要
目的探讨应对方式及家庭功能对新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)患儿家属心理健康状况影响的交互作用。方法便利抽样选取2016年10月至2017年10月哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院NICU就诊的患儿家属193名,运用症状自评量表、应对方式问卷、家庭关怀度指数问卷对其进行调查。结果 NICU患儿家属心理健康得分为(156.00±71.96)分,高于全国常模;应对方式为(28.54±1.65)分,多采取不成熟的应对方式;家庭功能为(5.17±1.24)分,处于中度障碍水平。应对方式及家庭功能对患儿家属心理健康影响的主效应显著;经简单效应分析:家庭功能处于不同水平时,应对方式不同,患儿家属心理健康状况存在显著差异(P<0.01);在不成熟型应对方式下,家庭功能状况不同,患儿家属心理健康状况呈现显著差异(P<0.01)。结论应对方式及家庭功能的交互作用共同影响NICU患儿家属心理健康状况,应以两者交互关系为护理干预依据,进而有效改善患儿家属心理健康状况。
Objective To explore the influence of the coping styles and family function on the mental health of family member of children in NICU.Methods By convenience sampling method,a survey of 193 family members were conducted by using Symptom Checklist 90,Questionnaire of Coping Styles,Family APGAR Index.Results The mean score of mental health was(156.00±71.96)points,coping styles and family function of the family member were(28.54±1.65)points and(5.17±1.24)points,they both played a significant role in the effect of mental health.The main effect of coping styles and family function was significant.Through the simple effect analysis,the mental health score was different in the various family function level under the coping styles situation(P<0.01),and the mental health score was also different in the various coping styles under the family function level(P<0.01).Conclusions The interaction of coping style and family function affects the mental health of family members of NICU children.The interaction between coping style and family function should be taken as the basis of nursing intervention to improve the mental health of family members.
