摘要
"双一流"战略为地方高校的专业建设带来了新的发展机遇,也带来了严峻的挑战,使地方高校面临更加严重的师资流失和人才短缺、更加艰难的经费与资源获取、更加窘迫的发展环境和更加压缩的生存空间。面对这种新形势,有实力冲击一流的地方高校要把握机会借势而起,而更多的地方普通高校应脚踏实地,理性定位,加快向应用型转型,将更多的精力投入到应用型人才培养与支撑中小企业转型升级的应用型科研服务中去;围绕地方需求科学地制定专业发展规划,突出优势,切近区域而培育特色专业;强化内涵,对接产业而优化课程教学;创新机制,多措并举地完善资源保障。
The“double-first class”strategy has provided new development opportunities for the specialty construction of local universities,as well as serious challenges.Local universities will meet more severe difficulties on specialty construction,such as more serious outflow of faculty and shortage of talent,harder acquisition of funds and resources,more embarrassing developing surrounding and space.Under this new situation,the potential local universities strike for achieving“double-first class”taking advantage of present opportunities.By contrast,many ordinary local universities should stand on solid ground and fix a reasonable position.Meanwhile,they also need speed up the transformation toward applied universities,devoting much more attention on cultivating applied talents and supporting the transformation and upgrading of middle-/small sized enterprises.Besides,the ordinary local universities make a professional development plan and highlight outstanding advantages for cultivating featured specialty based on local requirements.The ordinary local universities should not only strengthen the specialty connotation by optimizing the course teaching towards industry,also improve resource guarantee by mechanism innovation and effective implementation of polices.
