摘要
为提高智能电能表现场安装效率,同时确保安装可靠性,国家电网标准Q/GDW 11008-2013《低压计量箱技术规范》明确了插拔式电能表结构及其过盈配合接插件方案,并且进一步规定了接插件温升参数。目前过盈配合接插件在初始设计阶段重点考虑结构形式,并没有统筹考虑温升因素,温升参数均采用成品实验测定。为此,建立了详细的电能表插拔式安装结构及其过盈配合接插件热传导模型,并采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对其进行稳态热分析,为过盈配合接插件结构进行温升参数仿真验证和理论设计,避免成品实验不合格导致重新设计。
In order to improve the efficiency as well as the reliability of the electric meters installation,the interference fit plug and the plug installation structure were proposed according to the standard Q/GDW 11008-2013(technical specification for low-voltage metering cabinet).Meanwhile,the standard also specified the temperature rise parameter of the plug.At present,the structure is the main concern during the primary design of the interference fit plug,while the temperature rise is not taken into the consideration.The parameter of temperature rise is usually measured with the end production.Therefore,the detailed thermal conduction model of interference fit plug and its installation structure were established in this paper.Furthermore,the static thermal of interference fit plug was analyzed by ANSYS.The static thermal analysis contributes to design the parameter of temperature rise for the interference fit plug both in theory and in simulation.With the static thermal analysis,the redesign leaded by the failure of production test can be avoided.
