摘要
为了在低压开关控制柜发生故障之前对其进行及时地维护和更新,需要对设备当前运行的状况进行一个整体的评估,预测在未来时间段内设备发生故障的可能性大小,对故障可能性大的部件进行维护和更新。通过对低压电器的数学模型进行仿真和模糊综合评判相结合的方法,对GCS型低压电气开关控制柜中的电解间风机抽屉单元进行了故障预测,得到了该抽屉单元在既定的运行状况下,在未来时间段内该抽屉单元和其中各器件的故障可能性大小,为设备的维护频率提供了参考依据。
In order to avoid faults happening, the maintenance and renewal must be done duly for the low-voltage switchgear cabinet. For this purpose, the status of the equipments needs to be evaluated to forecast the possibility of the fault in the future, and then the main- tenance and the renewal can be done to the components that are likely to be in trouble. Used the method of mathematics model simulation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the fault for the fan of electrolysis room drawer cell in a kind of the low-voltage switchgear cabinet in type of GCS is forecasted at the given situation. And the possibility fault of the drawer cell and its components is gained in the future. All these work provides a reference for the equipments' maintenance frequency.
