考虑触头间电流收缩影响的低压塑壳断路器中电动斥力分析 被引量:15

Investigation on Electro-Dynamic Repulsion Force in Molded Case Circuit Breakers Taking into Account Current Constriction Between Contacts

摘要 基于电流-磁场-电动斥力之间的方程,并考虑铁磁物质的影响,应用三维有限元非线性分析,对比分析分别用Holm公式和引入圆柱导电桥模型考虑由于触头间电流收缩产生的Holm力计算方法。结果发现,虽然两种方法计算出的电流和磁场分布完全不同,但是当电流在10kA以下时力的计算结果误差不超过10%。并用拉压传感器对电动斥力进行了实验测量表明计算方法和结果是正确的。 With 3-D finite element nonlinear analysis, according to the equations among current-magnetic field-repulsion force and taking into account the ferromagnet, two methods for calculating the Holm force due to current constriction between contacts, Holm formula and introducing cylinder bridge model, are compared. It shows that the error of the force results is within 10 percent though the current density and magnetic flux density distribution are distinct when the current is less than 10kA. Measuring the repulsion force with a quartz force transducer, it demonstrates and verifies that the calculation method and results are reliable.
