摘要
目的:探讨脑脊液及血清中降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)联合检测在结核性脑膜炎早期诊断及鉴别诊断的意义。方法:收治结核性脑膜炎患者30例作为结核组,同期住院非结核性脑膜炎患者28例作为非结核组。结果:结核组脑脊液、血清PCT、CRP、ADA明显高于非结核组(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液、血清PCT、CRP、ADA的联合检测,对早期诊断及鉴别诊断结核性脑膜炎有一定意义。
Objective:To investigate the significance of the combined detection of calcitonin,C reactive protein and adenosine deaminase in the cerebrospinal fluid and serum in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.Methods:30 patients with tuberculous meningitis were treated as the tuberculous group,and 28 non tuberculous meningitis patients in the same period as the non tuberculosis group.Results:The CSF and serum PCT,CRP and ADA in tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in the non tuberculous group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of PCT,CRP and ADA in cerebrospinal fluid and serum has certain significance for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.
