摘要
文章借助管理学领域"胜任力"研究思路,首先采用文献分析法,得到初始胜任特征63项;随后运用德尔菲法,确定了51项胜任特征;再基于问卷频次及百分比统计结果,确定胜任特征有23项。针对这23项胜任特征,文章采用行为事件访谈法,通过不同绩效组创客教师胜任特征的差异检验,最终得到19项胜任特征指标,并将其整合为知识结构、教学技能、职业素养、性格特质等四个维度,由此构建了面向创客教育的中小学教师胜任特征体系。同时,文章采用问卷因素分析进行交叉验证,证明了该体系的有效性。此外,文章还分析了该体系在创客教师培训、选聘、考核方面的应用思路,以期为培养创客教师、推动创客教育发展提供参考。
In virtue of the research idea of“competency”in management field,63 initial competency indexes were obtained by the literature analysis method.Secondly,51 competency indexes were determined by the Delphi method,and further 23 competency indexes were determined by the results of questionnaire frequency and percentage statistics.In view of the 23 competency indexes,this paper obtained 19 competency indexes by the method of behavior event interview and the difference tests of competency characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers for marker education.In addition,the 19 competency indexes were integrated into the four dimensions of knowledge structure,teaching skill,professional quality and personality trait,and further the competency characteristics system of primary and secondary teachers for marker education was constructed.Meanwhile,the validity of the system was cross-verified through the factor analysis of questionnaires.Finally,the application idea of the system in the training,employment and evaluation of marker teachers was anaylzed,expecting to provide reference for the cultivation of maker teachers and the promotion of the development of maker education.
