摘要
当前我国体育健身产业迎来了良好的发展机遇,却面临着缺少高素质专业人才的困境.在我国体育健身产业蓬勃发展形势下,社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养应该树立"五个并重"的理念:社会体育指导技能与经营管理能力并重;就业能力与创业能力并重;市场意识与志愿服务意识并重;基本功与创新能力并重;专业素养与综合素养并重.
At present,Chinese sports fitness industry ushers in the good development opportunity,but is faced with the predicament of the lack of high-quality professional personnel.By using the method of literature research and theoretical analysis,combined with the present situation and trend of the development of sports fitness industry in China,the“five equal emphasises”cultivatation idea of social sports guidance and management professionals was put forward as follows:equal emphasis on the ability of social sports guiding skills and management;equal emphasis on the ability of employment and entrepreneurship;equal emphasis on market consciousness and voluntary service consciousness;equal emphasis on basic skills and innovative ability;equal emphasis on professional quality and comprehensive quality.
