摘要
通过对首都体育学院休闲体育专业与社会体育专业2013版培养方案的现状进行对比分析,结合近4年2个专业所有毕业生就业去向的调查统计,从就业的视角将培养学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力融入到新版培养方案的修订中。研究包括对培养方案现状存在的问题及针对专业选修模块的调整与设计,使这2个专业的本科人才培养更有针对性,专业培养方案既体现出学科特点,又与社会就业需求相结合,让学生能够满足社会岗位要求。提出建议:1)健全创新创业教育课程体系,促进包括通识课、专业课在内的各类课程与创新创业教育有机融合,挖掘和充实各类课程的创新创业教育资源。2)增加运动专项选择数量,延长运动技术学习课时。依据就业趋势调整专业方向模块,调整专业实习基地。将学科专业培养目标与学生实际就业需求相结合。3)加强培养学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。鼓励教师改革教学方式方法,广泛开展启发式、讨论式、参与式教学。
Based on comparative analysis of the teaching program of Version 2013 version of training program for leisure sports and social sports speciality majors in Capital Institute University of Physical Education and Sports,combined with statistical analysis on graduate students employment of the two major＇s graduate students employment in nearly recent four years,this study proposes to integrate the cultivation of innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurship ability of the students into the new teaching program from the employment perspective of employment,the cultivation of student＇s spirit of innovation,career consciousness,innovation and entrepreneurial ability into the new revision of training program..Specific research steps includes the analysis of existing problems of with the current training program,and as well as the adjustment and design of the professional major elective module,so thatmaking the undergraduate talent two professional college student＇s personnel trainingcultivation of the two majors can be more effective and well-directed and for stronger,and that the major teaching program not only reflects the characteristics of the subjectdisciplines,To cultivate students＇ innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and withbut meets the demand of the societysocial demand and employment by combining allowing cultivating graduates to meet the requirements of social positions.Suggestions：1）to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,to promote the organic integration of all courses,including general courses and specialized courses,all courses ofwith innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to mining develop and enrichment of various courses in innovation and entrepreneurship education resources from various courses.;2）to increase the number of sports special selectionselectives,and,to extend the study period of sports technologyskills.A,to adjust the professional orientation module according to the employment trends,to adjust the professional practice base.C,and to combineing the training objectives with the students＇ actual employment needs.;3）to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurship ability to innovate.Encourage to encourage teachers to reform teaching methods,and to promote extensive development of heuristic,discussion type,debating and participatory teaching approaches.
