摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在普外科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择于2016年12月--2018年1月在我院外科实习的护生60名,,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用PBL教学法。分析所有护理实习生的理论与操作考核成绩,给予对比,对比两组的教学满意度。结果经过相应的教学模式,对比两组护理实习生的理论成绩以及操作成绩等情况,观察组明显优于对照组,差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组强于对照组,差异较大,具有对比价值(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在普外科临床护理带教中的应用价值较高,能够显著提高学生的理论成绩和操作考核成绩,能够提高丰富专业理论知识,提高临床操作技术,提高护理质量,具有良好的临床效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in Department of general surgery.Methods 60 nursing students were selected in the surgical practice of our hospital in January--2018 December 2016.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the PBL teaching method.All nursing interns’theoretical and operational examination results were analyzed,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results through the corresponding teaching model,compared with the two groups of nursing interns’theoretical results and operation results,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),and the observation group was stronger than the control group,with a larger difference and a comparative value(P<0.05).Conclusion the PBL teaching method is of high value in clinical nursing teaching in Department of general surgery.It can improve the students’theoretical achievement and the performance of the examination.It can improve the knowledge of professional theory,improve the clinical operation technology,improve the quality of nursing,and have good clinical effect.
