多学科诊疗引领模式在胃肠外科临床教学中的应用探讨 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨多学科诊疗(MDT)引领模式+基于问题教学法(PBL)基础的教学模式在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训医生(规培生)中的应用效果。方法 2014年22名规培生为对照组,采用传统的案例教学(CBL)模式,2015年20名规培生为试验组,采用MDT引领+PBL基础的教学模式,比较两组规培生的临床教学效果。结果试验组规培生的理论考试、临床实践能力、文章评阅、讲课成绩、素质培养及教学模式的评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于住院医师的规范化培养,MDT+PBL教学模式具有较大的优势,值得推广。 Objective To explore the training effect of MDT + PBL teaching mode in gastrointestinal surgery for standardization training of residents. Methods 20 trainees were chosen to receive MDT + PBL teaching and 22 trainees received traditional teaching,then the effect of clinical teaching was compared. Results Data showed that examination results of theory test,clinical practice,evaluating article and lecture from trainees,grade of students professional quality and satisfaction evaluation of teaching model receiving new teaching model were better than those of trainees receiving traditional teaching model( P < 0. 05). Conclusion MDT + PBL teaching model could improve teaching consequence and is better accepted by trainees and teachers.
