摘要
军人是一个高应激职业,每一位军人在军旅生涯中都必然经历战争或非战争军事行动所带来的应激或创伤,而且这些应激或创伤经历大多是军人群体所独有的,因此,将创伤后成长(post-traumatic growth,PTG)的促进引入军人群体创伤治疗十分必要。本文通过复习国内外相关文献,将军人群体PTG的影响因素分为军事任务、个体因素和社会支持因素3个类别进行综述,以期为未来进一步细化对PTG的影响因素和作用机制研究,促进军人PTG,提升军人心理素质提供参考。
Military service is an occupation with high stress.Every military personnel will inevitably experience stress or trauma caused by war or non-war military operations during his service career,which are exclusive to them.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce posttraumatic growth(PTG)into military trauma therapy.The authors review related literature at home and abroad,and classify the influencing factors on PTG in military personnel into three categories:military missions,individual factors and social support.In the future,we can further refine the study on the influencing factors and the mechanism of PTG,with a view to improving the PTG of military personnel and their psychological quality.
