高师院校课程与教学论团队建设的理论思考与实践探索 被引量:4

摘要 课程与教学论是一门理论性学科,也是一门实践性学科。正确理解课程与教学论学科的理论性和实践性,是开展课程与教学论研究和推进学科发展的前提。加强课程与教学论团队建设是教师教育改革的需要,也是高师院校强化与中小学合作、服务基础教育的重要途径。我国高师院校课程与教学论团队迄今经历了近40年的发展过程,组织建制不断扩充,发展平台逐渐提升,学术队伍日益壮大,但目前也存在诸多问题,亟需改进与优化。为了更好地促进课程与教学论团队发展,高师院校需要凝聚资源,深化综合改革,加强制度建设,实现团队活动的日常化,进一步拓展国际交流与合作。 As a discipline,curriculum and pedagogy is both theoretical and practical.Correct interpretation of the theoretical and practical nature of curriculum and pedagogy is a prerequisite to the curriculum and pedagogy research and the development of the discipline.Strengthening the curriculum and pedagogy team construction is not only necessary for teacher education reform,but also an important way for normal universities to strengthen the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and to serve basic education.In the process of four decades development,curriculum and pedagogy team in our country has been expanding its organization and construction system,enlarging its platforms for development and strengthening its academic staff.Yet,there are still many problems to be further optimized and improved.To better develop the curriculum and teaching discipline,colleges and universities need to pool resources,deepen comprehensive reform,strengthen the system construction,carry out team activities regularly and further promotethe international communication and cooperation.
