摘要
大学创新型教师队伍建设是教育创新和创新型国家建设的重要组成部分。然而当下大众文化、官僚文化和原子文化严重侵蚀了大学教师文化。本文在批判这三大文化消极影响的基础上分析并建构了大学创新型教师队伍建设的文化逻辑:学术性的个体文化、创新型教师组织文化和学术共同体的区域文化。
Innovative faculty' development is the important part of education innovation and innovative country building.At present mass culture,bureaucratic culture and atomic culture are seriously eroding the culture of faculty.Based on the critique of the three kinds of culture,the article analyzes and constructs the cultural logic of innovative faculty's development: academic individual culture,innovative faculty's organizational culture and academic community's regional culture.
