摘要
制造业企业管理人员凭经验估算装配线产量,对合理产量缺乏量化分析,导致需求季节性波动情况下,企业不知如何设计装配线和调配劳动力,针对这类问题提出相应设计方案和合理化建议。首先,分析千斤顶装配线的生产流程,测定各工位的标准作业时间。在此基础上,对装配线进行平衡,计算出不同节拍装配线合理产量。最后,针对装配线柔性生产的要求,提出两种新方案,并计算新方案的日产量和平均劳动力利用率。研究结果不仅帮助管理人员解决了产量计算的问题,而且解决了需求季节性波动下装配线设计的难题。
In order to solve the problem of the production quantity calculation instead of the estimation by the management personnel?Aand solve the design problem of assembly lines under seasonal demand fluctuation,some design plans and advices were presented.The newly designed assembly line was balanced and labor force was allocated.First,the production process of an oil jack assembly line was analyzed,and the standard operation time of each station was measured.Next,the oil jack assembly line was balanced and the production quantity with different takt time was calculated.Then,two new design plans were put forward under the requirements of flexible production,and the daily production quantity and average labor utilization were given as well.The research not only helps managers to solve the problem of the production quantity calculation instead of the estimation by management experience,but also solve the problem of the design of assembly lines under seasonal demand fluctuations.
