摘要
目的研究针灸结合功能性电刺激对卒中患者上肢功能的疗效观察。方法选择2016年8月~2017年8月,来我院就诊的90例脑卒中后上肢运动功能有障碍的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为综合治疗组、电刺激对照组以及针灸对照组。综合治疗组中患者采用针灸结合功能性电刺激的方法;电刺激对照组仅采用多功能性电刺激进行治疗;针灸对照组仅进行穴位针灸处理。分别观察三组在治疗前和治疗1个月后的运动功能及日常生活活动能力的变化情况,最后对结果进行统计分析比较。结果三组患者在经过治疗之后,综合治疗组的患者运动功能评定量表以及日常生活能力评定量表均高于电刺激对照组以及针灸对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中后患者遗留上肢运动功能障碍,采用针灸结合功能性电刺激的方式能有效的提高上肢恢复运动功能或是促进产生新的运动区,从而降低致残率,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the the effect of acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation on upper limb function in stroke patients.Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,90 patients with dysfunction of upper extremity motor function after stroke in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into comprehensive treatment group,electrical stimulation control group and acupuncture control group.The patients in the comprehensive treatment group were given acupuncture and combined with functional electrical stimulation.The patients in control group were treated with multifunctional electrical stimulation only.The patients in acupuncturecontrol group were treated with acupuncture treatment only.The changes of motor function and activities of daily living in three groups before and one month after treatment were observed respectively.Finally,the results were statistically analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the patients'motor function scale and activity of daily living scale of comprehensive treatment group were higher than those of control group and acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the dysfunction of upper limb movement after stroke,acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the recovery function of the upper limb or promote the production of new sports areas,thus reducing the rate of disability,which is worth popularizing.
