摘要
目的探究头穴透刺长留针法结合下肢踏车训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响.方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月该院收治的76例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38).对照组患者采用下肢踏车训练,研究组患者采用头穴透刺长留针法结合下肢踏车训练.对比分析两组患者的干预效果.结果干预后,两组患者的改良Ashworth痉挛量表评分、Motricity指数中下肢肌力积分评分均优于干预前,且研究组的上述各项评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组患者的功能性步行分级量表评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分评分均高于干预前,且研究组的上述各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组患者的巴氏指数评分、Berg平衡量表评分均高于干预前,且研究组的上述各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论头穴透刺长留针法结合下肢踏车训练能有效提升脑卒中后偏瘫患者的下肢肌力,改善步行功能,增加平衡能力,提升下肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力.
Objective To explore the effect of head point through stabbing long retention needle method combined with lower limb treadmill training on lower limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=38)and a study group(n=38).Patients in the control group carried out lower extremity treadmill training,and patients in the study group received head point through stabbing long retention needle method combined with lower extremity treadmill training.Compare and analyze the intervention effects of the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the modified ashworth scale score and lower extremity muscle strength of Motricity index score of the two groups of patients were better than those before the intervention,and the above scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the functional ambulation category scale scores and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale of lower extremity scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the intervention,and the above-mentioned scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Barthel index and Berg balance scale scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the intervention,and the above-mentioned scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The head point through stabbing long retention needle method combined with lower limb treadmill training can effectively improve the muscle strength of the lower limbs of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,improve walking function,increase balance ability,and enhance lower limb motor function and activities of daily living.
